Eh, so I'm sure it's not like a lot of people read my journal, but since I do have a few friends on DA, what the heck.
I finished with NaNoWriMo a few weeks ago, and I'm trying to get things together for the holiday season. Trying to get back into drawing (I promised someone fanart, among other things), and if I figure out uploading stories, I might upload a few samples of my NaNo-spawned pieces.
In other news, I found work back in May this year, and it's much better than my job at the pet clinic. Pet's Central is not exactly my ideal job, but I get paid $9 starting to take care of puppies and help sell them to responsible owners-to-be. My new boss is way better than the questionable-practice doctor I worked for, and she's very understanding when I have some difficulty with figuring out exactly what the hell I'm supposed to do. Also doesn't chew me out when I have to call in sick, and I get along with my co-workers, even made a few new friends/acquaintances among them.
So if I get off my bum before New Year's, I'll have some new stuff uploaded. I've started tackling the urban fantasy genre in characters after getting totally pissed off with Twilight, among other titles. Also got into cosplay, so if I can figure out how to do picture compression and such, I might show off a few of my oddball novice jobs. We shall see.
